Ingredients
230g (approx.) sirloin or ribeye steak
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 ciabatta bread, sliced in half
2 tbsp mayonnaise
½ red onion, finely sliced
30g rocket

The Method
Season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Drizzle olive oil over the steak and toss to coat evenly.
Place the steak on the Oven Tray and place on the Tall Oven Rack, then put this on a microwavable plate to catch the juices from the steak as it cooks. Add to the microwave.
Select the Air Fry function then turn the control knob to select H08 Steak and press START to confirm. Flip the steak halfway through.
While the steak is cooking, spread the mayonnaise on both sides of the ciabatta
Once the steak is done, remove it from the air fryer and allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Place the cooked steak on one slice of ciabatta. Add the rocket and sliced onions and place the other ciabatta slice on top.
