Ingredients
250g frozen mango chunks
1-2 tsp honey or maybe syrup (to taste)
Juice of ½ lime (optional, for brightness)
1-2 tbsp cold water or coconut water
Suitable for: Clever Chop
The Method
Add the frozen mango to the Clever Chop.
Pour in honey (or syrup), lime juice, and 2 tbsp water.
Use pulse in short bursts until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze for 30–60 minutes for a firmer scoopable sorbet or to have later.
