Ingredients
450g macaroni
230g cheddar cheese, grated
1L double cream
50g plain flour
250ml water
1 tsp mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper (to taste)

The Method
Add all the ingredients to the inner pot.
Close the lid, select the PASTA function and press START. This will bring the liquid up to temperature.
When your CleverChef beeps, press START again to begin the program.
(If the cycle does not start, Press CANCEL, reselect the PASTA function and press START to continue.)
When the program has finished, open the lid and give your mac & cheese a good stir before serving.
