Ingredients
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
1tsp garlic powder (or 1 small fresh garlic clove)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: pinch of chilli flakes for heat
Suitable for: Clever Chop
The Method
Add all ingredients to the Clever Chop. If using fresh garlic, add that too.
Pulse 4–5 times until evenly combined.
Rub generously over chicken, beef, pork, or vegetables before grilling, roasting, or pan-frying.
Optional: add 1 tsp olive oil to make a paste for better adhesion to meat.
For chicken: add a little lemon zest for extra freshness.
For pork or beef: a touch of fennel seeds works beautifully with Italian flavours.
