Fish Tacos (PKP 4.8L & 5.7L)
This fish taco recipe is so easy to make and you can be really creative with your sides and extras.
These are best served in warm tortillas with sliced avocado, lettuce, your favourite hot sauce and a squeeze of lime juice.
2 tbsp olive or cooking oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 garlic cloves, crushed
4 white fish fillets, sliced in to fish finger sized strips
8 corn tortilla wraps
In a small bowl, mix the oil, cumin, paprika and garlic together.
Dip each piece of fish in the oil then add to the inner pot. Pour the rest of the oil in to the inner pot.
Select the SAUTE function and rotate regularly for about 4 minutes until they become golden on all sides.
Check one to make sure they are cooked through, then press CANCEL and serve before they cool.
Serve in warm tortillas with sliced avocado, lettuce, your favourite hot sauce, and a squeeze of lime juice.
